With over 25 years sucessful experience in the building trade delivering a quality service, we are helping our clients through the current economic recovery with cost
effective, sensible pricing and
on time, on budget projects.
We deal with your building requirement
from initial discussion through to final handover. We take on projects only after both parties are clear and happy with the final specification.
From a major extension to a complete new build, from a kitchen to a bathroom, we will take the stress and strains out of your building project. Please go to our 'list of services' page here to see the full range of services offered.
Our main focus at the moment is the conversion of Offices to Flats. With the recent slump in commercial building and rentals, allied with a shortage of affodable first time buyer housing stocks in the South East region, this sector has become very busy for us.
Another field of work increasing for us has been development of cricket club facilities and bore holes to recreation fields. More details on the 'List of Services' page.
We believe it's important our clients feel we totally understand their aspirations and desires with any form of build. That's why we know the best place to start is to sit down and discuss the project, understand exactly what is required and deliver a sensible quotation detailing each step and cost.
Please feel free to just call or email us with your enquiry. Details are on the contact page here.
GR Building Services were pleased to complete Mr Smith's 4 bedroom extension with garages ahead of schedule. The project was started in October 2010 and has been handed over 3 weeks ahead of the planned date. Mr Smith commented 'I'm really happy with the way this has come together, but a big bonus has been the early completion'.
Local village cricket team Elstead felt a helping hand from GR Building Services again recently. As lead contracter on the previous new build cricket pavillion, GR Building Services already has strong connections with local good causes.
Support to help run the club this season continues ongoing.
Our Quantity Surveyor recently attended a seminar on "Quantity Surveying in 2011 and beyond". Part of the day's programme was to work out quantities on this project shown here. Given the lack of straight lines it was a challenge, but nice to know GR was spot on with his calculations.
